I was just listening this morning to an interview with Dr Ellen Langer on the Huberman podcast, very interesting. Utilizing the brain's plasticity is the key to chronic conditions.

Enjoyed listening to you on Here and Now and love your writing in this newsletter. An effortless read. So glad to hear you’ve recovered from Long Covid. Fascinating reading. I have used CBT in managing anxiety, and I’m both amazed and inspired by the fact that it can be used to treat something so “physical” — rather than “invisible” psychological symptoms.
